In most cases the carer is the patient's lifeline. This includes all care, bathing, washing, hairdresser, cleaner and all round helper. Taking the patient (usually a family member) to the GP's, dentists, clinic or hospital for out-patient appointments. This means mixing with the general public at a time when advice is stay at home. A Carer CANNOT stay at home, not everyone can shop online. A Carer has to go out, there is no alternative.

People should not have to suffer emotional and mental trauma or abuse because of who they love

The role requires an experienced person, one who understands equalities issues and is seeking justice for those who are being discriminated against rather than continuing the current agenda which undermines Black African, Caribbean people, Asian and other minority ethnic groups.
