Refugees Welcome in Ellesmere PortAylan, the toddler who drowned fleeing Syria, was just three years old. His town was under attack by Isis. His five year old brother and his mum also died trying to reach safety. We don't want Britain to be the kind of country that turns its back as people drown in their desperation to flee places like Syria. So let's stand up for Britain's long tradition of helping refugees fleeing war. Let's show the Prime Minister that we, the people of the UK, are proud to do our part and provide refuge to people in their hour of need. Refugees Welcome in South HamsWe should be deeply thankful that we live in such a beautiful and safe part of the world. Surely we can show some kindness towards people caught up in world events which are completely outside their control. Aylan, the toddler who drowned fleeing Syria, was just three years old. His town was under attack by Isis. His five year old brother and his mum also died trying to reach safety. At the time of the so-called Vietnamese Boat People South Hams was active in offering safety to people who were fleeing Vietnam. We can do this again. We can do this and tackle the dreadful trafficking too. It doesn't have to be one or the other. Refugees Are Welcome In MidlothianAylan, the toddler who drowned fleeing Syria, was just three years old. His town was under attack by Isis. His five year old brother and his mum also died trying to reach safety. Yet our prime minister has just said ‘we won't take any more refugees’. He thinks that most of us don't care. But 38 Degrees members do care. We don't want Britain to be the kind of country that turns its back as people drown in their desperation to flee places like Syria. So let's stand up for Britain's long tradition of helping refugees fleeing war. Evolution of UK Parliament - Open, Non-Profitable and Accountable• The current UK Parliament is an elite, top-down, two-tier authoritarian hierarchy system • The top tier is the monarch. • The second-tier is The House of Commons and The House of Lords. • The monarch is the only person who can create a law by giving ‘Royal Assent’. • The monarch is unaccountable to parliament and the majority. • The current system is undemocratic as most MP’s are corrupt and the monarch can pass or dismiss any bill which promotes or threatens the status-quo.30 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Mitchell Anthony

House a refugee familyIt's a humanitarian crisis, people need to come together to change the world. I would gladly give up our bedroom which is big enough for a couple of put up beds to go in as well as the double, and I believe I can't be the only one who feels like this. People should sign this petition if they would do the same.11 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Layla Johnson
