JENGBA

Joint Enterprise: Not Guilty by Association (JENGbA) is a grass roots campaign launched in 2010 by families wanting to highlight the abuse of the Joint Enterprise doctrine. We are currently supporting over 500 prisoners; men women and children, the youngest of which is 13 years of age. Almost 80% of JENGbA prisoners are from BME communities.

Joint enterprise is not about gangs, broken Britain and not about feral youth. It is a tool used by the police and CPS to imprison people to mandatory life sentences for crimes committed by others. JENGbA: common people, working towards a common cause, against a common law, that makes no common sense.
