The current state of Oldham at the moment due to there being a 3 weekly general waste cycle collection day is the streets are full of rubbish alll residents bins are full of maggots and just plainly very un sightly
Why is this important?
It is very important to the health issues of all people in and around the Oldham borough and the absolute state of most places in Oldham due to this poor collection service
