A consultation on the government's mandate to NHS England to 2020
Extend the consultation period with added publicity for the 'NHS England mandate consultation' so that the population can know that it exists and can take part.
Why is this important?
This consultation has had no publicity at all and therefore few know of it. If there is to be such a document then all should know of it and what it means.
