Authorities should be held accountable and admit liability

Amend the loop hole in the law allowing authorities to deny liability, when there is substantial evidence and probability that they were/are liable.

Heart breakingly there are thousands of historical child abuse survivors in the UK,
They are being treated disgracefully due to failing in the current laws.

They are unable to access justice stall in many cases, many going through years of waiting for justice and closure.

Thousands being directed to accept small amounts as out of court settlements
Without the offending authorities admittence of liability.
In all cases the solicitors acting on survivors behalf walk away with a larger sum than the survivor.
This is an unjust degrading insult upon historical child abuse survivors, havant
They suffered enough injustices
Please sign this petition, Remember these survivors were innocent children whom had their childhoods stolen.

Why is this important?

These survivors were innocent children, traumatised and treated in the most inhumane ways and all had their childhoods stolen.
Adulthood's plagued with the consequential psychological damage, and disadvantages in life.
Consequentially impacting upon their lack of quality of life.
Please sign.
