BBC must broadcast the final episode of Wild Isles
The final episode of David Attenborough’s series Wild Isles must be broadcast in the same BBC One primetime slot as the remaining five episodes. It is overwhelmingly in the national interest that the losses to UK wildlife and the reasons for them should be clearly understood. The BBC has a vital role to play in this and must not give in to pressure from the political right to suppress the information.
Why is this important?
The BBC is trying to hide the sixth episode by relegating it to iPlayer viewing only. Apparently it examines precisely who and what is destroying our wildlife and gives examples of rewilding which is opposed in some right wing circles.
