Blue Badge Fair

Make the Blue Badge Scheme fair for all. Currently the eligibility for the Scheme differs greatly in England , Scotland and Wales. I believe it is discriminatory that a person living in Wales with a certain condition is eligible, but if that same person lived in England they would not be eligible? it seems ludicrous.

Why is this important?

Quite simply not fair, the rules should be the same across the UK.
