Carers to be paid for life not forced to survive on Pension
Change the way people see carers and treat them for the work they do to keep their loved ones out of hospital or worse a retirement home or nursing home
Also increase pay for network of none NHS carers to at least what agency staff on the NHS receive currently as they have been keeping me out of hospital by a visit three times a week due to my relapse into psychosis with my bipolar and a bed in the NHS would cost approx £500 a night so the carers and anyone staying out of hospital should receive a bonus

Why is this important?
Because the cost of hospital stays especially mental health wards is extremely expensive and I have two members of my family who are ove pensionable age and caring for both my mother and my father and they get now help from the government and my carers can be in minimum wage and working 12 hours a day sometimes without a break and they need more money to tske care of their childcare etx
