Change the law on causing death by dangerous driving

Introduce a new law to the statute of vehicular man slaughter with a higher tariff sentence of ten years to life imprisonment for anyone causing death whilst driving either drunk, speeding or using a mobile phone.

Why is this important?

It is important in saving people's lives and protecting families.
