Change the term for a group of Owls to a "Hoot" instead of a "Parliament"

A group of owls is called a parliament. This is unfair on ALL OWLS.
I would like the collective noun for a group of owls to be called a "hoot" not a parliament as owls are bangin' and parliament is pretty much full of warmongering, ignorant, self serving, people.

A hoot is generally a good thing.
