Council's and Local Authorities in Wales to use vacant buildings to house the homeless

Many people in Wales experience a varying degree of homelessness at some point in their lives. Whether it be staying at a temporary accommodation, sofa surfing or living on the streets.
By allowing the proposed measures it will ensure that there is a helping hand for the people of Wales at their time of need.
