For local churches be opened up for liverpool city's homeless and surrounding city's

I would like to ask by the grace of god that churches around Liverpool and surrounding cities be opened up for our homeless. I can't see the logic in them being closed of a night when there are people dying on the streets in the cold and suffering every single day in there own hearts and minds am sure The Lord wouldn't mind ! So please here my plee this by no means should be happening it's not right help these people please from a humble heart
