Why is this important?
I'm aiming at all the people who have never been to a gym that now find themselves living with illness.in my experience activity ,movement,stretch cycle swim are all key to living a longer life against all the odds I myself was diagnosed multiple sclerosis 11 years ago. Ive been a member to various gym facilities through out, I believe it's the best way forward for all newly diagnosed patients,š
