Freedom of information always

The government is putting cost limits on freedom of information requests and some bodies including the one monitoring MP's expensses want to add costs so as to get out of publication in line with gov rules. Always make freedom of information requests available in their cheapest form and without cost restrictions we should be able to access what they are up to.
