Give our councils the power to make a decision

I would like to see local issues dealt with by local representatives, as a democracy for local people to have their say, ever time there is an appeal for a decision it is taken out of county to an independent decision maker, this is a nonsense!

Why is this important?

It undermines the local council who have the local knowledge to make an informed decision
