Puregym in services up an down the country to help truckers keep fit an maintain a better healthy life. I personally would use a gym at any given chance. I am a roamer, I leave the house Monday morning and go home Friday night. Living in a truck with little access to gym time is very stressful and it would help a lot of drivers to balance a mental awareness and stress with work.

Why is this important?

It's very important to keep a fit and balanced healthy life. Parking in services up and down the country with very little access to gyms but plenty of fast foods needs to change.
