Labour Party, we elected you to oppose not agree nor abstain

Remember that 9 million of us elected you to be our voice, our representatives. We did not ask you to agree nor abstain from crucial decisions that will effect millions of people, not just those of us who voted for you. We understand that like us, you feel defeated by the election results but it is now more than ever that we must stand up for those people who will be far worse off if this bill goes through. we've heard many excuses as to why you abstained but frankly they don't wash, for millions of workers and vulnerable people who can't abstain from their jobs & lives, remember you are their voice.
