MAKE FAIR RENT LEGISLATION

we should be looking at fair rent legislation again !!!
It is time we brought back fair rent officers, to reduce the greed of some landlords, and bring in reasonable rental payments, set by local councils for that area.
This would reduce the welfare budget and not inpact on people already on the breadline.

Why is this important?

The importance of this is to reduce welfare spending without penalising already struggling families, private landlords will not be living in poverty and yet the government continues to fuel there income from the pockets of the tax payer
