Make it law that cyclists wear helmets

Make it law that all cyclists have to wear a helmet when riding a bike

Why is this important?

Having an accident when riding a bike without a helmet gives added risk to head trauma or brain damage putting unnecessary pressure on NHS resources when wearing a helmet can be the difference.
