Make Political Parties Manifestos Legally Binding if they get in to power

I would like the Government make it law that the winning political partys Manifesto in a General Election is a legal document after the election.Any they promise to do in a manifesto has to be done during the time of there term in government.

Why is this important?

Voters are fed up of political parties breaking there manifesto promises.
