More transparency in our estate fees and completion of meadow

We want complete transparency in the spending of annual estate management charges collected from the residents.
We want The Meadow area to be adequately planted by Persimmons before its handover to HML and residents.

Why is this important?

Residents have no idea how their money is spent. Fees are increasing, with little to show for the charges.
