NHS Save Paper; Save Money
Stop sending letters for appointments, unless absolutely necessary. Our local hospital sends a letter and then a reminder letter about appointments, but also text messages. Even when we opt out of receiving a letter, still we receive one. We want to change it to opt in to receive a letter. In our cash strapped NHS this would be a simple way to save some money and some paper.
Why is this important?
Because our NHS is strapped for cash and this would be an easy way to save it money, but also saving paper, which can only be good for us.
