No Goverment bench questions at PMQ's

To outlaw the back slapping questions posed by Government MP's at PMQ's.

Why is this important?

PMQ's should be an opportunity for the Opposition and other parties to hold the government to account. The fact that the government use 50% of this time to answer questions only that confirm and "back slap" policies is a waste of parliamentary time.
