As we live in a democracy the decision by Lancashire County Council to refuse a Fracking license for the Preston & Rossacre sites was made with solid and valid social environmental and health concerns for the communities in those areas. Groups of worried inhabitants had made plain their opposition to the proposal, -and the council felt it justified in a 'No' vote . Morally and legally you are bound to abide by this decision.
Why is this important?
The Government should not interfere, alter, or ride roughshod over the duly elected officials who are there by the people's will.
