Ensure all disabled people will get help at railway stations anytime

Currently disabled people requiring assistance at UK railway stations must give 48 hours notice this is utterly discriminatroy. Whether more staff are required on trains or at stations, equal access to the railway is not just about platform access it is about what happens when one gets therein the 21st century rail customer service should apply equally to able and disabled people.
