Better salary and more holidays for pharmacy workers. Better accommodations. More staff. Everything for the good of our customers. Recognise our hard work.
Why is this important?
We need all of the above to provide better service. We need to be recognised like front workers. We need to be recognised like important part of the NHS . Without us nothing will happen. You might have a prescription but if I am not there to dispense it you will not have the meds. So let's make it better for pharmacy workers and patients.
Please don't forget we are people. We are not paid enough to be abused. We are still there for everyone. We are trying to help our customers as much as possible. Respect us as much we respect you.
