Raise the age for apprenticeship schemes

I believe that the age of apprenticeship schemes should be raised to enable people who have had troubled teenage years to get their lives' back on track and give them a second chance at a decent life. People who have been in prison get help, so should these people too.

Why is this important?

It will help the economy as people are more settled when they are a little older and more willing to take full advantage of the chance they have been given.
