Why is this important?
Such a stigma associated with the words anti depressants making people with mental health issues reluctant to talk about their issues
Saying I am taking mood enhancers is so much more socially acceptable and easier to say to people,the words I am taking anti depressants make people think you are some kind of nut job and in my experience people tend to keep their distance from you or avoid interaction with you all together which only exasperates the situation.
