Reverse decision to rob pensioners of Winter fuel payments

Mr Starmer, you need seriously to reconsider your governments cruel decision to stop the winter fuel payments for pensioners. We regularly hear of pensioners having to switch off their heating when it is most needed because of the fantastically high price for gas and electricity. Pensioners have throughout their lives willingly paid their taxes without complaint. Now you have decided to remove a very needed payment from those who have worked hard all their lives and give it instead to those who haven't. The myth that all pensioners are wealthy has been created by politicians, in the majority of cases this is completely untrue and they are being forced to reduce their quality of life when they should be reaping the benifits they funded. Shame on you, your cabinet have decided that we won't be around much longer so you will be losing our vote anyway.
