Enlarge a Culvert that they have accepted cannot be guaranteed to take the water flow from the Chor during extreme weather events takes under their road on Southport Rd, Chorley.

Why is this important?

The flooding has gone from a thirty year event to three times just this season and the grade 2 listed building was flooded to the eaves on two occasions. This will if allowed to continue destroy the structure of the well loved historical building
