Save Sweet Tree fields Farm, Marsh Lane , Mill Hill

Agree to allow the farm planning permission to continue using the site as a care farm. The owner Barry Sweetbaum has been threatened with closure after he was denied retrospective planning permission to continue using the farm as a care farm. Councilors have argued the farm was an inappropriate development on the green belt, this farm has been an asset to the Barnet community, it describes itself as the only local outdoor service that can cater for children and adults with complex needs, People with learning disabilities acquired brain injuries, autism mental health needs and dementia are among those who use Sweet tree farm, please help save this wonderful farm.

Why is this important?

This is a local farm one that has been around for many years, it is a wonderful place to visit and is an asset to the area, it is a farm that is warm and friendly , it is a joy to visit, I cannot imagine the area without Sweet Tree farm and to lose this wonderful resource would be a big loss to the community, we should be saving places like this , they will soon be a thing of the past, if we keep letting bureaucracy shut these places down
