Solar Panels on All New Builds

Hundreds of new builds are in the process of being built or have very recently been completed. On average at least 18 homes can be built on one acre of land. If every new build had solar panels as standard the savings in green house gases would be enormous, electricity bills would be reduced and the U K"s dependency upon foreign oil and gas would be reduced.
