The Government has removed funding for student nurses. This is having a dramatic effect on the future supply of nurses.

Why is this important?
The NHS depends on nurses. Less people training to become nurses = less nurses. (The removal of bursary funding for nursing courses has resulted in a steep drop in people taking the course)
