Stop Overpriced Resale of RWC 2015 Tickets

Ban the resale of RWC 2015 tickets for above face value prices across any medium in particular websites like Seatwave, Viagogo and Stubhub. In some cases these tickets are being resold for up to 2665% over their face value. It's not only against the nature and spirit of the event but should be violating the RWC ticketing terms and conditions.

Why is this important?

It denies true fans the opportunity to attend a unique event in this country and creates opportunities for unscrupulous touts to cash in at the fans expense.
