Stop the sale of Inverness bunker

This bunker is a part of UK history and to be sold on is an insult to those who fought in the war. Not to mention the educational values the bunker could have had if the council invested rather than flogging to make some cash quick. What gives them the right to sell history at the drop of a hat.
