For Wirral Borough Council to reject all applications/licences for Coal Bed Methane exploration (CBM) and Underground Coal Gascification (UCG) activity by Cluff Natural Resources and other similar UCG, CBM and Fracking companies and their associated activities in the Wirral, Dee Estuary and whole of Merseyside (whether onshore or offshore) and also for Liverpool City Council do do the same.
Why is this important?
It is vital that the health and well being of the people, wildlife, geology, local industries and property value in the Wirral and whole of Merseyside are not affected by the dangers of pollution, contamination and other potential disasters such as subsidence which the processes of UCG and Fracking are known to create.
