Stricter Regulations on Hate Speech and Discrimination

Across the country there are teenagers being bullied every day using terms such as 'girly' 'gay' and other variations, these not only demean the person in question but tell everyone who reads it that being a girl or being gay is not okay. This backwards mindset can lead to depression, self harm and even suicide because society doesn't want to include minorities.
