Support students who fail English and Maths

Invest in additional support and education for students who fail their English and Maths GCSEs

Why is this important?

Thousands of teenagers are facing years of resits after failing their English and Maths GCSEs. The rules are that students have to resit the two subjects every year for the rest of their schooling until they pass. Struggling students are forced to go to classes with younger pupils and don’t get any additional support.

The system is failing children, and all eyes are on the Government, demanding to know if they will invest in supporting students with English and Maths.

That’s where you come in - if hundreds and thousands of us demand the Government support young people’s futures, we can get a commitment from Education Secretary, Gillian Keegan to invest in young people’s futures.
