Torbay's Terrible Traffic

Proper planning and coordination of roadworks and traffic in the Torbay area. The environment is being severely damaged by poor organisation of the Torbay Highways Dept and its cavalier attitude towards the problem.

Why is this important?

Better planning and coordination would enable smoother traffic flow in the Torbay area leading to a reduction of pollutants being pumped into the environment.
