UK Devolution - Cross Party Royal Commission on Constitutional Reform

This is a petition to Her Majesty The Queen that she request that her Prime Minister set up a cross party commission to consult the electorate and advise on how further devolution of powers may be accomplished across Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and England to avoid any constitutional change having an overt party political bias.
