Utilising the Square in Petersfield for bars/restaurants

We want them to consider hiring space in the local square out to local food vendors, pubs, bars and restaurants. They could provide heaters, blankets, and the square could be lit with string lights at night. Just as they do in Europe; Germany, France.

Why is this important?

It would encourage more locals to eat and drink out and sit outside whatever the weather. And could put Petersfield on the map for tourists as a nice place to stay and to eat out.
