Write Computer Information in Plain English
I am in my 80th year and find computer language impossible to understand. e.g. "Network Security Code" turned out to be "Password". Attempted to put Windows 10 on but was defeated by the language. I need my computer but am considering closing it down. I need whoever writes the instructions to do it in plain English.
Why is this important?
My family members are scattered far and wide so basic email I can cope with after a lot of practise and I often don't understand instructions when a problem occurs.
