These disabled people cannot speak for themselves . The parents need these places because it is not only a stimulus for the person with the disability but also gives them some time for normality The council / SWYPT should clearly explain why these persons the most vulnerable in society are being targetted and what benefits this gives these persons by doing this. It cannot be at the detriment of their welfare which if it goes ahead as planned quite clearly will be. The MP’s should be in touch with local change and therefore should be championing these vulnerable persons to ensure they receive the best care The Tory government’s lack of funding for social care especially to those who do not and therefore cannot speak for themselves are an easy target .This is both callous and thoughtless from start to finish . It is paramount these persons get the best that society can give them . The young lady I know may not be able to speak nor can she walk , feed herself ,dress herself or look after her personal hygiene . But one thing she can do is light up a room with her infectious smile because she is such a beautiful young lady who is so loved and cared for. To think that by making these changes she may be affected and lose this wonderful trait is beyond comprehension. If only she could express her feelings and let everyone know how this will affect her wellbeing As for her parents they are both retired and have health issues. Do they really need the added stress of not knowing what will happen to their child and the worry associated with what is being planned This is becoming the norm all over the UK why do we not stand up to these contemptible people and say NO MORE . The vulnerable need our voice so let’s shout it out loud and clear . Stop these insane cuts on the severely disabled and start and make them feel loved and wanted and have the best life they can have . Not forgetting the parents and families who suffer when they feel their child is being neglected and that they have no voice and are invisible to the powers that be . I have shown this as a local issue as this is occurring in my local constituency but I firmly believe it is happening right now in numerous places across the UK and will continue unless we do whatever we can to stop it. Of those it is estimated that 4.5 trillion cigarette butts become litter every year. [3][4] If we are to promote the United Kingdom as a 'climate-conscious' nation, we must be willing to make implementations that go further than Congestion Charges, Renewable-Energy quotas, and CO2 emissions controls; it stands to reason that changes to everyday materials and consumption, creates visible ripples. In an age where environmental policy is in a constant tug of war between skepticism and economic interest, a simple measure such as this would set a cost-effective benchmark for other nations. In Royal Wootton Bassett, GP provision is significantly worse than the national average. Many residents have experienced long waiting times for an appointment, or have had to travel to Malmesbury or Swindon for an appointment. Our GP surgeries urgently need more funding so that they can recruit more doctors, provide a wider range of health services to the community and ensure that they can fund the treatments that patients need. We are likely to face a very real crisis in the NHS this winter.

This urgently needs to be questioned and stopped in its tracks before this motion to take away more disabled peoples human rights through the removal of their rights to make decisions for themselves away. The person who knows most about what is best for themselves is they themselves. It seems that this government wants to remove those rights and thus take more and more control of disabled peoples rights from them and families and to place this in the hands of those who have no knowledge or care for those people. My own son was bruised and abused in a care placement he is now returned home to me on these grounds that he should have the right to decide for himself where he wants to live and be cared for. The more we allow the rights of vulnerable people to be removed from the family and chosen placements without their own rights being taken into account. We are then moving further into a controlled state without knowledge or recognition of this, as we fail to be alert to what is being passed through parliament and thus we unwittingly allow this to affect the rights the vulnerable, of families, children, the elderly and the disabled. How we treat our vulnerable and disabled is a measure of who and what we are as a society. Nobody knows what will happen to any one of us and we must remain vigilant so we too do not lose our rights to chose what happens to us as we grow older. This has to be a worldwide protest for all rights to be recognised, even though it begins in the UK parliment. It begins here and we have to make sure that ending the rights of vulnerable people ends here.

This change would do nothing to improve patient care and the costs of doing it would be significant. With the NHS under severe financial pressure to suggest that money to be spent on an unnecessary name change is rather insensitive. There is no apparent desire for this change among the staff or patients. The name has a long history and connects to the original benefactor and it will always be know as 'Good Hope' to those of us who have used its services. There are far more important matters affecting health care where your assistance would be appreciated.

Because it will isolate the Adults who use these Day Centres and they will have nothing to look forward to also they will miss their friends and activities and the independence they have and it will stop Parents/Carers having much needed respite and time to their self. My daughter Marie who is affected by closures has fought back after 2 strokes caused by a rare disease called Moyamoya will with my help fight these 2 closures to secure a long term future and choice to attend the day centre to help in my independence and choices how I live my life which will benefit me. Day centre users pay a fixed price every month whether they attend or not either due to sickness or holiday they still have to pay for day centre

The Government is planning a roll out of Urgent Treatment Centres across the country. Corby's Urgent Care Centre is equipped with most of the components of an Urgent Treatment Centre so would cost less than any other option available to the STP. Corby CCG have confirmed that change is needed in the area and this would assist in bringing about this change.

It is clear: • By turning off motor vehicle engines you improve air quality, reduce fuels costs and comply with the law. • Reducing air pollutants can help cut heart disease, reduce lung cancer and prevent asthma attacks for example What can be done? In July 2017 (yes 2017) I proposed a motion for St Albans District Council to: 1. Introduce a By-law to set up Clean Air Zones outside vulnerable areas such as Schools, Care Homes and Hospitals 2. Consider congestion charging within Clean Air Zones 3. A Clean Air Zone Non-idling zones group be set up to assess and implement key strategies 4. Consider the detrimental impact of vehicles entering town centres 5. Include the on-going government review on classes of vehicles and influencing driver behaviour more effectively through a focus on access to information, training, tax and road levy considerations The good news is the Council Scrutiny committee has now reviewed and recommended a Clean Air Zone strategy to go to Cabinet for review, but since then a limited number of road signage has only been introduced to stop idling, so we now need to keep the pressure on the Council to do the right thing and implement this motion to protect St Albans residents, their children and future generations from this environmental killer.

I feel that in todays climate it is totally unacceptable that we the public should subsidise the consumption of Alcohol in government buildings at a time when everyones belts are having to be tightened, I work in a zero tolerance industry where we cannot drink alcohol along with many other hard working taxpayers while on duty therefore if the Scottish government feel so strongly about driving up the minimum Alcohol price for health reasons they should lead by example and look closer to home. to that end we should ban the sale and consumption of Alcohol totally in government buildings.

The people/patients are feed up of being ignored and watching the health board and Welsh Gov spending money in other areas and leaving the biggest town in Powys without cover in Newtown when the doctors surgery is closed. There is an out of hours service called Shropdoc that are based in Welshpool hospital but don't come to Newtown until midnight. Welshpool also has a MIU, it's 16 miles from Newtown but at night no public transport, slow, single lane roads that make the journey slow.. People feel ignored..second class...worthless ... so many times PtHB made promises but rarely follow through !!!! START PUTTING NEWTOWN FIRST AND NO MORE PROMISES WE WANT ACTION
