Local estate residents have so far not won any concessions to their vision for the regenerated estate even though these proposals have been in the public arena for well over two years. There have been repeated calls over this time for the Council to commit to delivering on these demands. But so far it has fallen on deaf ears. Enough is enough. The main reason 1) security a passport is a critical document and should not be made outside the UK 2) if we loose the jobs then the supposed 124 million savings will be wiped out in lost tax, NI, and increased benefits 3) we should be protecting and supporting our industry not giving business to countries that Would not allow that to happen in their country. 4) we are leaving the EU so it's not in our interests to allow another company to have such a hold over our security. 5) Britain has fantastic companies doing great things and if we are to succeed we need to give them every help we can

The NHS will this year be celebrating its 70th birthday having been founded on July 5th 1948. For 7 decades the NHS has been treating the people of this country, from cradle to grave, regardless of their ability to pay and it regularly tops surveys asking people what makes them feel proud to be British. The NHS, since it was created, has achieved much. The NHS has delivered over 44 million (and counting) babies, carries out around 7 millions operations each year and treats more than 1 million patients every 36 hours. We are proud of our NHS, and would like to see its creation celebrated in Milton Keynes.

There are over 6500 people, including children currently waiting for an organ transplant in the UK. A reluctance to talk about transplants is contributing to a deadly shortage of organs available for donation. Figures have shown that 450 patients waiting for a new organ died last year because families, unsure of their deceased relatives' wishes, declined to donate. A further 875 were taken off the organ waiting list, mainly because of ill health, with many dying shortly afterwards. 'Put yourself in the shoes of someone waiting for a transplant. If you are willing to accept an organ donation, surely it is only right that you should be willing to donate the special gift of life to another family." A family's support is still needed for donation to go ahead, so even if someone is on the NHS organ donor register it's vitally important that they discuss this with their family so that their wishes can be carried out. Providing education in schools will stimulate conversation about transplantation and help reduce concerns felt by children and families. If presumed consent becomes law it will not necessarily end the shortage of available organs. Only informed conversation and education can do this. Without a liver transplant, I would be dead. Over 50,000 people have had their lives saved by organ transplants. I spent 9 months waiting for a liver transplant but 15 years incredibly sick, unable to work for large amounts of time, or maintain relationships. A liver transplant has changed my life but not everyone is so fortunate. I know of one girl, who will remain nameless, that died on the eve of her 21st birthday while awaiting a donor organ. Born with liver disease she received a liver transplant at 18 months and made a recovery. She was waiting for her second transplant when she died. There is no guarantee that another organ will be available for me if I at some stage require one. And there is every chance I and many others will need another. Please help me make a difference.

This act has been successfully implemented in the US, targeting those malign actors (particularly in the employ of the Russian State) that utilise intimidation, fear mongering, thuggery, assassination and trolling to further their own ends, the ends of their state and avoid prosecution through the true rule of law. It targets them where they can be hurt the most: their wallets. Following the nerve agent attack in Salisbury on 4th March 18 the Russian State (as by far and away the most likely perpetrator) have taken yet another step towards exporting globalised intimidation, corruption and "warfare by other means". The Sunday Times has today (11th March 18) revealed that, despite promises from the Prime Minister in the 2016 election, "Russian oligarchs and their associates have registered donations of more than £820,000 to the Conservative Party since Theresa May became prime minister" (The Sunday Times - 11 March 18). The leading party in the UK Government has accepted money from the most likely state agent of this attack. As such they cannot be trusted, without pressure, to respond to this attack with the necessary "robustness" that they have promised. There are already calls from within the governing Conservative Party to "wait and collect evidence" so as not to "act disproportionately". The Russian State are reliant on such rigid adherence to "due process", knowing full well how to circumvent it and continue operating with impunity. This petition calls on all MPs in all parties to support the implementation of the Criminal Finances Act IN FULL and IMMEDIATELY as the only appropriate response to this heinous and egregious assault on our sovereignty and our safety. This will not stand, and while our politicians shuffle their feet, wring their hands and worry about their donations, we will act. For Sergei Skripal, his daughter and our own Detective Sergeant Nick Bailey who remains in a serious condition at this time, we raise this petition to force all politicians from all parties (including those financially incentivised to look the other way) to vote in favour of this act as a start to the UK's response to this attack on our people and our nation.

Put upbeat celebratory eco-lyrics to famous out-of-copyright tunes. This project and others like it are important because the way we tackle problems, including global problems, is not solution-oriented. It's quick-fix or commerically-led. Though we have been running this campaign for 4 years we have funded it ourselves as litter is seen as the pariah of the enivronmental movement. Numerous applications for funding we have made have failed. At Ecologisers we want to make litter 'sexy'!!

The Russian use of chemical weapons on UK territory is an act of war. The reckless use of a highly toxic chemical in a public place exposed many innocent people to mortal danger and showed contempt for the rule of law, UK sovereignty and human rights. The UN was originally set up for the express purpose of preventing acts of war between member states. Any unilateral sanctions against Russia by the UK will not have the impact or the authority of an international resolution of all states reaffirming the international rule of law. In these times of increasing international insecurity, it's vital that all peace-loving nations come together in solidarity to condemn such actions by rogue states.

It is unfair to allow new students to access the new maintenance loans whereas existing students are unable to have the new loans at all. It is not justified and is seriously unfair for anyone who has already started their courses.

The rollout of Benefit changes is coming to Tendring soon. We have seen the chaos and consequences of benefit arrears in other areas that have rolled out and wish to do all we can to alleviate the problems in Tendring

East Park is a fantastic local park serving residents of the Holderness Ward as well as many from further afield. At present a significant area within the park is not in use. This area needs to be brought back into use in order to offer Hull residents, most notably young families and children, a cost-free place to visit.

Plymouth has a long standing relationship with the Royal Navy and Defence as a whole, acting as a natural port and strategic location, it boasts world leading capabilities, employing thousands of dedicated local people to support the men and women who serve on Royal Navy Warships. The history of Plymouth and it’s military links can be traced back to before the formation of a Royal Navy. We want the Defence Secretary, Gavin Williamson, the local MPs and the nation as a whole to consider rewarding Plymouth and its dedication to the Royal Navy by naming one of the new Type 26 warships .... HMS PLYMOUTH.

Thanks to the Government's 'Right to Buy' Policy, local government are forced to offer Social Housing at heavily discounted prices - at approximately up to 70% of value - to elderly, disabled and vulnerable residents in Independent Living Accommodation; thus reducing the housing stock in Social Housing overall. Affordable Housing is only offered at 20% of value which most cannot afford. If residents cannot get social housing, either through an association or the council, they are forced into the more expensive - ON AVERAGE 4 TIMES AS MORE - private renting. For example: In the last six months, 130 Independent Living Accommodation Sites have been lost, never to replaced, amounting to 2% of the current total Social Housing within the Stroud Area alone; an issue that is being replicated across the United Kingdom.
