• Devolve policing from Westminster to the Welsh assembly
It seems ludicrous that Westminster is considering devolving policing to Greater Manchester, a region of England, yet completely brush the issue to the side when it comes to Wales. Scotland too has their own criminal justice system, so how does it make any logical sense not to devolve this area of government to Wales?

  • Stop the sell off of 'NHS Professionals'.
Private agencies providing nurses , doctors and other health workers charge roughly 15 to 30 % more to provide 'agency' and locum staff. This represents a huge burden on the NHS finances , especially so given staff shortages generally. Recent news reports suggest that Jeremy Hunt has proposed a sell off of the NHS own in-house agency, NHSP, (NHS Professionals),leaving the Department of Health with a small minority share of any new company. Furthermore it would seem that this is being undertaken at a time of year when. Parliamentary scrutiny is less likely to occur, being 'slipped in ' during the summer recess. At the very least it is important that this is now put on hold to give an opportunity for plans to receive full public scrutiny. NHSP is an important arm of the NHS, providing valuable services in house and saving the NHS and taxpayer large sums of money. At a time when private agencies themselves have been subject to concern, the role of NHSP should be strengthened and not undermined. NB "NHS Professionals (NHSP) helps the health service in England tackle its staffing crisis by arranging for doctors and nurses on its books to cover shifts, to avoid gaps in rotas that could threaten patient safety. Labour has asked the National Audit Office to look into why Jeremy Hunt, the health secretary, is selling off a profitable and effective company owned by the Department of Health". • Keep brexit-mixed marriages together.
Partners in brexit-mixed marriages don't know if their family will be torn apart by political horse-trading. The stress of not knowing what the future holds for them is unneccesary. Giving them dual citizenship is an humane solution and is the easiest thing to set up. It avoids creating special categories, procedures and measures to administer.

  • Suspension of arms sales to Saudi Arabia
In Yemen the epidemic of cholera is killing one child every 10 minutes and the death rate will increase. The war with Saudi Arabia prevents the deployment by external charities of medical and food supplies. The ban is intended to demonstrate that the British people hold Saudi Arabia responsible for the worsening situation. Britain shares this responsibility through arms deals and the situation brings discredit on our people on an historic scale. The people must express their horror of this situation.

Everyone who resides in the UK should make their contribution to it's upkeep. Forcing tax evaders to pay up might even furnish enough cash to lift the public servant's (Including yourselves at the Border Force) pay cap.
