Refugees Welcome in Heathfield and surrounding areaThe horror of the refugee crisis was really brought home to myself and many others in this nation after seeing the heart-breaking photo of a toddlers lifeless body lying washed up on the beach. There are many people in this country who do care and do want to help these desperate people. They need a safe home as much as you and I. If each town agrees to house a small number of refugees it would be possible to make a huge difference to a large number of these people without putting too much pressure on any one area of our country. If you agree please sign this petition or start your own local petition to show our government that we do care and want our nation to agree to help many more refugees.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Rachel whitehead

Refugees Welcome in BillinghamAylan, the toddler who drowned fleeing Syria, was just three years old. His town was under attack by Isis. His five year old brother and his mum also died trying to reach safety. We don't want Britain to be the kind of country that turns its back as people drown in their desperation to flee places like Syria. So let's stand up for Britain's long tradition of helping refugees fleeing war. Let's show the Prime Minister that we, the people of the UK, are proud to do our part and provide refuge to people in their hour of need. Stop Killing Gay UgandansThis is important because thousands of innocent people are losing their lives on the grounds of their sexuality, something they simply CANNOT change. It promotes hatred and propagates the children. Those who are gay and want to live a normal life don't have this option as a result of its prejudice and legal position.16 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Calvin Rodgerson

free precriptions, education and health careThe sick and infirm are going without care because they can't afford it due to the fact that, during their WORKING lives, they saved for their retirement. These same people are paying through the nose for their medication whilst trying to exist off the meagre pension the government gives them, currently the third worst pension in the EEU. Students worry about hanging a millstone around their necks in the form of student loans. There are thousands of overseas students attending UK universities, why not charge them a little more to subsidise our students. They are our future and should be fully supported.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by ROBIN HIGHAM
