This is very import, Whitehall has ruled over the lands of England for a very long time. The likes of the Northern cities or Central English cities do not benefit from a centralized government. We need to ensure our local areas can raise and spend money that will benefit our local areas economically and socially. This will allow for the regeneration and growth of our cities and to allow them to become more international cities to attract foreign investment, providing more jobs and economic security. For too long the rule from Whitehall has benefitted the areas within 50km (Greater London), such as public transport, jobs and the economy of the local area. Ensure our MPs are fighting for local issues and are not just elected to live in London for 4 years.

The Unicorn is a symbol of Scotland. As one of the four free-thinking nation states of the UK, it should not be shackled. This implies that the unicorn is a kept animal or slave against it's will. The passport is intrinsic to identity, and the visual symbolism of a chained creature is not representative of the Nation of Scotland or it's people.

Because parents can not afford the £20.00 a week for the bus fares especially if they have other children coming through the system. The council state that we should send our children to the nearest school, which is not my sons preferred choice and also it is mainly sports and my son has is own sport outside of school, he much prefers going to a school that specialist in performing arts, drama etc. If all the local children went to the local school it would be massively over subscribed with pupils that do not want to be there, we would then have another problem later on in life with under learning.

It will show that Scotland is valued as part of the UK and not just used as a Cash Cow.

Scotland has been made promises by Westminster and already there are indications of back pedalling. Alex Salmond is Scotland's best hope to ensure Westminster keeps their promises. Scotland needs him more than ever now. Whether you voted yes or no in the referendum if you want to see the best deal for Scotland I urge you to sign this petition asking Alex Salmond to reconsider and stay on to fight for Scotland. The harms of female genital mutilation in all of its forms are well known, and the practice is rightly legally condemned. It is accepted that children have fundamental rights to bodily integrity and self-determination that cannot be outweighed by the wishes of a parent to follow religious or cultural practices. Cutting a child's genitals is a serious affront to these rights, and it can cause irreversible physical and psychological harm. However, in law and public policy this obvious conclusion is only applied to female children, when it is both boys and girls who are at risk from genital cutting. It is our opinion that all children have this same right to bodily integrity, and that this should be reflected in the law. Opponents have claimed that infant circumcision is harmless and has no long-term consequences. However, evidence from the experience of adults circumcised as children, from scientific investigation, and from the statistics of boys who are left with serious physical side effects or who even die as a result of these procedures attests to the physical and psychological harm that it can cause. Genital cutting can affect all children, and can harm all children. It is well past time to make it a thing of the past.

Westminster should deliver the full range of promised additional powers to the people of Scotland and the Scottish government as promised.
