• More support and care for women's prolapses
Womens voices need to be heard!!!! Stop fobbing women off with prolapses. Women can often be left in pain and fobbed off and left to deal with them and long waiting lists. Women often have to fight to be heard and for surgery

  • Protect care home residents equally. Quality Assurance team to cover self funders, too.
Elderly self funders in care homes, especially those with dementia, often lack mental capacity. They are highly vulnerable, and unable to discern good or safe care from bad, unsafe or abusive care. They are therefore NOT customers, which is how they're currently treated. They can't choose their care, and family advocates, especially in this pandemic, are too often unaware, or excluded, unable to support or protect their loved ones. If the Quality Assurance team is solely for social services funded people, its name should reflect its purpose, which is revenue protection.

  • Force the increase of funding and training for Mental Health Crisis teams in Staffordshire.
This is important because too many people, friends and family are not getting the help they need when they call a crisis team, there needs to be a better infrastructure in place to guide people back from the edge and put things in place to get them the correct therapies and medications to help them recover.

  • 5 % payrise for nurses and NHS frontline workers
Nurses within the NHS have put their lives on the line to save the lives of others suffering from coronavirus. They are our modern day heroes during this awful pandemic, the likes of which have not been seen for more than 100 years. How can we look them in the face when we as a country turn our back as soon as we feel the worst is over. We are eternally grateful to each and every one, please let us show that their efforts are recognised.

  • Equal rights for type 2 diabetics
This is a quick and easy method of continually being able to monitor blood sugar levels without the need to prick finger every time causing bruising, lost sensation in fingers and extra risk of infections. Not allowing this and leaving people to not control blood sugar levels satisfactory can lead to much worse consequences. Cost is always mentioned as controlling factor not your medical needs.

  • COVID-19 Antibody Seroprevalence test in Highland.
Addressing COVID-19 is a pressing health and social concern. To date, many epidemic projections and policies addressing COVID-19 have been designed without seroprevalence data to inform epidemic parameters.

  • UK Government support the COVAX initiative
The World Health Organization's website advises that with a global pandemic like Covid-19, no-one is safe unless everyone is safe. News agencies are reporting that wealthy countries have excess amounts of vaccine stock. One report stated that Canada has enough to vaccinate their entire population twice. In addition, Canada, and countries in a similar position have orders for further stocks of vaccine waiting to be fulfilled. Meanwhile WHO reports that hardly any vaccinations have taken place in poorer nations. If the science of WHO is correct, the best action for everyone would be to support the COVAX initiative, and ensure as many people as possible are vaccinated.
