Paddock House is a derelict care home in the centre of the beautiful market town of Eye. It is on the site of a historic public green space. We demand that there is due public consultation and discussion before any commercial development is considered. There is huge potential to restore and upgrade the existing buildings to provide essential housing and amenities for our town.

St Paul's has been an important site for community cohesion since it was built, not only as a church, but as a community center, arts center and sports club. The mainly residential development of the building will deprive the community of a large and versatile space with the potential to serve the whole of Penarth for many years. It clearly needs to be re-developed, but the current proposal was agreed without any community consultation, and a previous 2013 consultation gave an overwhelming majority to retain a sole community function. This has been ignored by VoG councilors who have prioritised other agendas. We are asking the council to demonstrate proper consultation with the community rather than being left to object to a private construction company. We are suggesting that a far greater space than the proposed rooms are needed for community use and that the current design of residential dwellings are not suitable. We are a commuter Town between Dundee and Aberdeen with a growing population, we need better links to the outside world to help the local economy flourish !

Children do not have many areas which are safe to play in as it is. In todays society, it is more important now than ever that our children have safe play areas to access close to their homes.

This has been a very important venue to the people of Ellesmere Port for nearly eighty years. There has been a tremendous loss of pubs in the area in recent years. It is a very attractive building and taking it away would be very detrimental to the area.

Northgate Ponds is a popular location within Chester for members of the public, dog walkers, children and local residence. A rise in antisocial behaviour has resulted in litter, vandalism and injury. A call for CCTV to combat: •Drug dealing •Drug consumption •Public disturbances •Litter (inc items thrown into the Ponds, drug paraphernalia e.g. Needle packets, tin foil etc). •Vandalism (graffiti etc). As a student in bootle I can see how our schools our being affected everyday and they are having to make hard decisions to cut things from our school to save money. For example, my school has had to get rid of a reward system recently due to the high cost and the money needing to be spent elsewhere. Therefore this will have a bad affect on students behaviour,causing disruption and not helping within the community either. As well as this I have saw my school cut the numbers of teachers such as 3 geography teachers to 2 even though it gained popularity as a chosen option. Finally, not only teachers are being sacked but subjects are having to be lossed such as food technology, this means students who want a career path towards things like cooking will be made harder as getting onto further courses might require this gcse. This needs to be adressed how our young people are being hindered by money and can not do the career they want to enjoy in the future due to cuts needing to be spent in main subjects which are also struggling.
